As a Cattle/Pig Slaughterer (cold/warm departments) with experience, you are responsible for the humane and efficient slaughter of cattle and pigs. You play a crucial role in our slaughter process by ensuring that the slaughter work meets the highest standards in terms of quality, hygiene and safety.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a cattle and/or pig slaughterer.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and slaughter methods.
  • Certification for safe slaughter practices.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a refrigerated environment.
